This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the powers conferred upon it under Section 22 of the Financial Supervision Act 1988.

The Commission has recently become aware of the above website which includes references to and claims to represent the above entity. The website claims that the above entity occupies an address at Champion House, Douglas, Isle of Man, 1M99 1DD, British Isles. Research by the Commission has indicated no link between the above entity and this address.

The website states that the telephone number of the above entity is +44 (0)870 446 0540 and that its fax number is +44 (0)870 199 1635. These are not Isle of Man numbers. They appear to be United Kingdom numbers.

The entity is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.

The entity is not licensed or authorised by the Financial Supervision Commission to undertake banking, investment or corporate service provider business. A list of all institutions licensed by the Commission is available on our website at www.fsc.gov.im.

The Commission has established no association between the above entity and any genuine Isle of Man companies. The Commission has established no genuine links between this entity and the Isle of Man.

Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with this entity to exercise the utmost caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
