The Commission has recently become aware of the above websites which include references to and claim to represent the above entity.
The websites claim that the above entity is based in the Isle of Man and that it has an address at “17 Prospect Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man.” Following research by the Commission we can state that this address does not exist. The websites also give a postcode for the entity as IM99 1RY. Following research undertaken by the Commission we can state that this postcode does not relate to the above entity.
The websites also give a telephone number for the above entity as +44 709 280 7853. This is not an Isle of Man telephone number.
The above entity is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.
The above entity is not, nor ever has been, licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission to undertake Banking, Investment or Corporate Service Provider business in or from the Island.

Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with this entity to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
