Public Notice issued by Commonwealth of Dominica - FMSINVEST LTD, FMS-FUND LTD AND OPFUND LTD
This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the powers conferred upon it under Section 22 of the Financial Supervision Act 1988.
The Commission has been made aware that the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica Financial Services Unit, Ministry of Finance & Planning has issued a Public Notice concerning entities claiming links with the Commonwealth of Dominica in the West Indies.
The listed entities are FMSINVEST LTD, FMS-FUND LTD and OPFUND LTD which claim to have an address of P.O. Box 1343, Roseau, Commonwealth of Dominica. The full text of the Public Notice issued by the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica Financial Services Unit is available.
The Commission notes that the Public Notice issued by the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica Financial Services Unit refers to matters which appear to have similarities to a Public Warning issued by the Commission on 7 June 2007 in respect of www.fmsinvest.co.uk, www.fms-fund.com, FMSinvest LTD, FMS-Fund LTD and OPFund LTD.
It also has similarities to a Public Warning issued by the Commission on 2 July 2007 in respect of http://teco-finance.com, Teco-Finance.com LTD, Teco Finance Ltd, Teco-Finance.Com and FMSinvest LTD.
