Public Notice issued by Commonwealth of Dominica – OICU Limited

This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the powers conferred upon it under Section 22 of the Financial Supervision Act 1988.

The Commission has been made aware that the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica Financial Services Unit, Ministry of Finance & Planning has issued a Public Notice advising that OICU Limited has been struck off the register of International Business Companies in the Commonwealth of Dominica, the company having been dissolved on 7 December 2007.
