Initial Coin Offerings – Questions and Answers

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (‘Authority’) has today issued guidance in respect of Initial Coin Offerings, in the form of a series of questions and answers. A copy of the guidance can be found on the Authority’s consumer awareness page.

The guidance has been issued under section 31 of the Designated Businesses (Registration & Oversight) Act 2015.
