On 31 January 2022 the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority issued a Financial Services Licence to Blackfridge SC Limited under section 7 of the Financial Services Act 2008. The licence has immediate effect and covers class 8(2)(a) payment services directly and class 8(4) issuance of electronic money.
