Country Lists

The Authority wishes to draw your attention to amendments to the country lists following the June 2025 FATF plenary. The country lists have been amended by the Cabinet Office and can be viewed on the Department of Home Affairs website.

In particular, the Authority would like to highlight that:

  • Bolivia and the Virgin Islands (UK) have been added to the List B (i) and are now subject to increased monitoring.

  • Croatia, Mali and Tanzania have completed their Action Plans to resolve the identified strategic deficiencies within agreed timeframes and will no longer be subject to the FATF’s increased monitoring process. As a result, they have been removed from List B (i).

  • There have been no changes to List B (ii).

  • Croatia and Tanzania have been added to List C.

  • Croatia and Tanzania have been added to List D.

Most regulated or supervised entities should already have carried out their own evaluation for any impact on their own risk assessments and customer procedures arising from this. Further details regarding List B and steps to be taken can be found in this previous news item issued by the Authority in December 2022.
