July 2025 update from the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority
The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority has issued its latest update for stakeholders.
The July 2025 bulletin includes an introduction from CEO Bettina Roth, details of how to respond to our public consultations, changes aimed at boosting the competitiveness of the insurance sector, and the publication of guidance in relation to Sustainable Finance and Commercially Exposed Persons.
We also set out our two-year supervisory engagement programmes, thank TCSPs for their excellent response to the Legal Persons and Arrangements data request, highlight our contribution to a global fintech event, and reflect on the progress being achieved towards the Island’s National Risk Assessment.
In addition, there’s a look ahead to a busy autumn of stakeholder outreach, starting with this year’s Countering Financial Crime Conference on 3 September 2025.
