The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority has issued its latest update for stakeholders.
The November 2025 bulletin includes an introduction from CEO Bettina Roth, an invitation to submit your views on proposed fee changes, news about Country Training with members of the MONEYVAL Secretariat, and an insight into our efforts to streamline regulatory reporting.
We also highlight progress regarding the publication of sector and topic-based risk assessments, set out advice on the approach to Commercially Exposed Persons, and explain how data provided by firms is informing our supervision and engagement.
In addition, there’s a reminder about the requirements for pure protection contracts, links to the videos from the Countering Financial Crime Conference 2025, and guidance on greenwashing and registered office address services.
