Publication of updated guidance notes

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority has published updated versions of the following documents:

‘Guidance Notes and Information Concerning the Insurance (Valuation and Solvency) Regulations’ to reflect the Insurance Regulations 2025;
‘Guidance Notes in relation to Auditor’s Reports’ to reflect the Insurance Regulations 2025 and the Guidance Notes and Information Concerning the Insurance Regulations 2025 and the CGC; and
‘Guidance Notes and Information Concerning the Insurance Regulations 2025 and the CGC’ to include additional guidance for long-term business insurers that operate unit-linked matching strategies.
