The Authority wishes to draw attention to amendments to the country lists following the October 2024 FATF plenary. The country lists have been amended by the Cabinet Office and can be viewed on the DHA website.

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority has published the findings of a questionnaire focusing on compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Code 2019 in relation to sanctions.
The Authority has been notified that the Isle of Man Treasury, Customs and Immigration Division has recently published new and updated information regarding the above Sanction regimes.
