| Condition(s) | In accordance with the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority's Designated Business Registration Policy, ManxTech Limited must, at all times, maintain (and continue to have) at least two Isle of Man resident directors. Management and control of the CVC business must also be in the Island.
ManxTech Limited must not accept any form of payment including, but not limited to, money or convertible virtual currency, for activities relating to the MannCoin project.
For the purposes of this condition, the MannCoin project includes:
1. Issuing the MannCoin to Isle of Man residents;
2. Maintenance and provision of wallet storage for the MannCoin;
3. Transfer of the MannCoin between wallets;
4. The mining of the MannCoin. |
