The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (‘the Authority’) is registered with the Isle of Man Information Commissioner as a data controller for the purposes of Isle of Man data protection legislation.

How will we share the information we collect through our Site?

Where it is lawful to do so, we may share personal data that you provide to the Isle of Man Government and to ‘Associated Businesses’. Government Technology Services Division (‘GTS’), which is part of the Cabinet Office of the Isle of Man Government, and some Associated Businesses provide the Authority with technological support services under data processor contracts. Therefore GTS and Associated Businesses will have access to your personal data for the purpose of providing this service.

The information that you supply may be transmitted by any usual means including the Internet.
