This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the powers conferred upon it under Section 22 of the Financial Supervision Act 1988

Joiakim Investments Limited (Incorporated in the Isle of Man) (Number 55660C) (Dissolved 29th March 1999)

Information received by the Authorities on the Isle of Man has suggested that the above named company is purported to be holding itself out as a party to some form of alleged High Yield Investment Program(s).

The Commission considers any claims involving the validity of such alleged Programs to be highly suspect, wholeheartedly endorses the report on such alleged Programs published by the US Treasury Department at:

and recommends that any persons contemplating joining such Programs should visit that site and take serious note of its content.

The Commission additionally points out that the above named Isle of Man company was dissolved on 29th March 1999 and as a result ceased to exist as of that date. Any approach by persons purporting to represent the company or be the company subsequent to 29th March 1999 cannot be valid.

Under the circumstances the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with this entity to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
