This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the powers conferred upon it under Section 22 of the Financial Supervision Act 1988.
The Commission has recently become aware of the activities of Nirobe International Inc. through the website www.goldcapsule.com. It is believed that Nirobe International Inc. is a company incorporated in Belize.
Nirobe International Inc. has not been granted a licence to conduct investment business by the Commission, nor is it exempt from obtaining such a licence under the Act. Its activities through the website www.goldcapsule.com are therefore unauthorised and are believed to be in breach of Isle of Man law.
The Commission notes that the website is not currently accessible, but does not discount the possibility that it may be accessible in the future. In such circumstances, the Commission would urge persons considering investing through the website to exercise great caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the content of this public notice.
