This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the
powers conferred upon it under Section 22 of the Financial Supervision Act 1988.

The Commission issued a Public warning regarding the above entity on 24th April 2003. 

This entity is not nor ever has been licensed or regulated by the Isle of Man Financial
Supervision Commission to undertake Banking, Investment or any other regulated
business. Any claims to the contrary are false. The Commission has been unable to
establish any genuine links between this entity and the Isle of Man.


Subsequent to the issue of our previous Public Warning the Commission have become aware that this
entity has altered some of its claimed details.

This entity now claims to have its head office at Bromwich Albion House, PO Box 767, Isle of Man
IM54 1FG.

There is no “Bromwich Albion House” in Douglas.

There is no PO Box 767 in Douglas.

The postcode IM54 1FG is not a valid Isle of Man postcode.

The website of this entity now claims that it complies with Manx law and regulations. This claim is
false. It is contrary to Manx law and regulations to hold oneself out as undertaking Banking,
Investment or any other regulated activity on or from the Island without the appropriate licence.

Details of all current licenceholders of the Commission are available.

Under the circumstances the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with this
entity to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of
this public notice. The false information contained on the website of this entity may be indicative of
dishonest intent.
