The Commission has recently become aware of the above website and entity.

The website claims that the entity has a number of companies in, or may be linked in some manner to, the Isle of Man.

This entity is not licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission to undertake banking or investment business.

The Commission has established no association between this entity and any Isle of Man companies.

The Commission has established no genuine links between this entity and the Isle of Man.

The website gives a telephone number for the entity of +44(0)7092384907 and a fax number of +44 (0) 7092394878 . These are not Isle of Man based telephone numbers. Research of publicly available information in respect of these numbers indicates that they relate to Mobile Telephones provided by a United Kingdom telecommunications provider.

Information provided to the Commission strongly suggests that this entity may be being used in promoting advance fee fraud.

Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with this entity to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
