The Commission has recently become aware of the above website which includes references to and claims to represent the above entities.

The website claims that Anglo Trust Limited is an incorporated entity and has its principal place of business in Grenada and the Isle of Man.

Neither Anglo Trust Bank Limited, Anglo Trust Bank (I.O.M.) Limited, Anglo Trust Limited, Anglo Trust nor Anglo Trust Private Banking are companies incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. None is registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man.

None is registered as a business name on the Isle of Man. None of these entities are licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission to undertake banking or investment business. A list of all institutions licensed by the Commission is available.
