The Commission has recently become aware of the above website which includes references to and
claims to represent the above entities.

The website claims that the “UK Office” of Oceanic Capital Financial is located at 131, Circular
Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1SB. Research by the Commission has identified no such address in
Circular Road, Douglas and that the postcode quoted would not appear to relate to such address.
Telephone and fax numbers quoted for the address, on the website, are not Isle of Man numbers.
None of the entities are companies incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. They are
not registered as foreign companies having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. They
are not registered as business names on the Isle of Man.

None of the entities are licensed or authorised by the Commission to undertake any licensable
activities.

The Commission has established no association between these entities and any genuine Isle of Man
companies.
