The Commission has recently become aware of a website using the above URL and falsely purporting to represent the above entity. The website implies that the above entity undertakes licensable activities and falsely claims that it has an Isle of Man office situated at 12-14, Finch Road, Douglas IM99 1TN
The above entity is not a company incorporated in the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a company incorporated elsewhere having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a Business Name on the Isle of Man.
The above entity is not licensed to undertake Investment, Corporate Service Provider or any other regulated business in or from the Island.
Enquiries undertaken by the Commission have established that there is no connection between the above entity and its claimed address on the Isle of Man. We have also established that the postcode IM99 1TN is not a valid Isle of Man postcode.
There is a genuine company named Nationwide International Limited incorporated in the Isle of Man. The Commission has established that this genuine company is not associated in any way or form with the subjects of this Warning.
The genuine Nationwide International Limited, of Samuel Harris House, 5-11, St Georges Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM99 1RN is licensed and regulated by the Commission to undertake banking business.
