The Commission has recently become aware of the above website which includes references to and claims to represent the above entities.

The website claims that the above entities are based in the Isle of Man and that they have an address at “Union House, Douglas, Isle of Man IM98 1DF” Research by the Commission indicates that the postcode given by these entities does not exist. The address of Union House, Douglas, Isle of Man cannot be traced by us. We have seen a former reference to this non-existent address and postcode on the website www.alliance-fb.com which was the subject of a previous Public Notice issued by us on 16 August 2004.

None of the above entities are a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. None are registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. None are registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.

None of the above entities are, nor ever have been, licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission to undertake Banking, Investment or Corporate Service Provider business in or from the Island.

The Commission has established no association between the above entities and any genuine Isle of Man companies.

The Commission has established no genuine links between the above entities and the Isle of Man.

Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with this entity to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
