The Commission has recently become aware of the above website which includes references to and claims to represent the above entities.

The website claims that the above entities are licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission. The Commission can categorically state that the above entities are not, nor ever have been, licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission to undertake Banking, Investment or Corporate Service Provider business in or from the Island.

A list of all institutions licensed by the Commission is available on our website.

The above entity is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.

The Commission has established no association between this entity and any genuine Isle of Man company.

The Commission has established no genuine links between this entity and the Isle of Man.

A public statement issued by the Jersey Financial Services Commission in relation to the above website and connected entities can be viewed on their website. The entity, Euro-Swiss Finance and Securities (ESFS) Group also appears on the list of unauthorised internet banks published by the United Kingdom Financial Services Authority which may be read on their website.

Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with this entity to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
