The Commission has become aware of the above entities, purportedly represented on the above respective websites. Both of the above websites appear to have a common form and layout.

Trustco Finance PLC claims to have an address of 3, Castle Lane, Castletown, Isle of Man.

City Bank Services & Security PLC claims to have an address of 5, Castle Lane, Castletown.

The Commission has been unable to identify any such addresses in Castletown, Isle of Man. There is no Castle Lane in Castletown Isle of Man.

The above entities are not companies incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. They are not registered as foreign companies having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. They are not registered as business names on the Isle of Man.

The above entities are not licensed by the Commission to undertake any regulated activities in, on or from the Isle of Man.

The Commission has established no association between the above entities and any genuine Isle of Man companies.

The Commission has established no genuine links between these entities and the Isle of Man.

The Commission notes a strong similarity between the purported details and websites of the above entities and of the bogus entity First Unions Securities which was the subject of our earlier Public Warning reference KL/02/2006 issued on 25th January 2006.

The Commission notes a strong similarity between the purported details of the above entities and of the bogus entity First Union Finance which was the subject of our earlier Public Warning reference JPM/23/2006 issued on 11th April 2006 (updated 12th April 2006).

Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with the above entities to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
