DRC Europe The Commission has been made aware of a document purporting to have been sent by the above entity. Within the document, which purports to represent some form of alleged “Mutual Co-operation Agreement” the above entity claims to have an address of Derby Road, Douglas, Isle of Man IM2 3ER
The Commission has been unable to identify any such business as “DRC Europe” at such address. It should be noted that the quoted address refers to an entire street and does not identify a specific property in that street.
There are a number of telephone and fax numbers quoted within the document. None of these numbers relate to Isle of Man connections.
The above entity is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is not registered as business name on the Isle of Man.
The above entity is not licensed by the Commission to undertake any regulated activities in, on or from the Isle of Man.

The Commission has established no genuine links between the above entity and the Isle of Man.
Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with the above entity to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
