The website contains statements alleging that the above entity has a presence in the Isle of Man at 17, Bucks Road, Douglas, Isle of Man D04 89GR. There is no such address on the Isle of Man. The postcode quoted is not a valid Isle of Man postcode.
The website quotes a telephone number for the above of +44 (0) 870 383 4694 and a fax number of +44 (0) 2030 700 256. Neither of these numbers relates to the Isle of Man.
The above entity is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.
The website claims that the above entity is “licensed by the Isle of Man Services Commission to provide offshore company formation and management services” There is no such entity as the Isle of Man Services Commission. We at the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission are the regulators of (inter alia) Corporate Service Provider business (ie. company formation and management services) on the Isle of Man. The above entity is not licensed by us to undertake Corporate Service Provider business or any other regulated activity, including Investment or Banking business, in, on or from the Isle of Man.
