The Commission has recently become aware of the above websites, which claim to represent the above entities.
Examination by the Commission has established that many elements of the above websites appear to have been copied, without authority, from the websites of genuine institutions.
The websites contain statements alleging that the above entities have a presence in or some association with, inter alia, the Isle of Man. The websites specifically falsely claim that the above entities have an office situated at Clinch’s House, Lord Street, PO Box 227, IM99 1RZ, Douglas, Isle of Man where their “Anglosaxon tax and legal staff” are purportedly housed. Enquiries by the Commission have established that this claim is not true. The genuine occupants of this address have had no contact or dealings with the above entities. The relevant pages showing this address on the above websites appear to have been directly copied from the website of the genuine occupants of such address without their consent, authority or prior knowledge.
The above entities are not companies incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. They are not registered as foreign companies having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. They are not registered as business names on the Isle of Man.
The above entities are not licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission to undertake banking business or any other regulated activity in, on or from the Isle of Man.

The Commission has established no genuine association between the above entities and any genuine Isle of Man companies.

Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with the above entities to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
