The Commission has recently received enquiries regarding the above entity which, according to those enquiries, claims to operate or be associated with the aforementioned website.

As of today the aforementioned website appears to contain only a default page and carries no reference to the above entity.

According also to the enquiries received, the above entity purports to have an address of “335, West View, Peel, Isle of Man, 1MB IBM, British Isle, United Kingdom”.

Research carried out by the Commission has identified that there is no such address on the Isle of Man. The postcode 1MB IBM is not a valid Isle of Man postcode.

The above entity is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.

The above entity is not licensed by us to undertake any regulated activity in, on or from the Isle of Man.
