The Commission has recently become aware of the above websites which claim to represent the above entities.
The websites contain information claiming that the address for the above entities are in the Isle of Man at 4 Douglas Street, Isle of Man, UK. Research by the Commission has established that whilst there are two such addresses, one at 4 Douglas Street, Peel, Isle of Man and a second at 4 Douglas Street, Castletown, Isle of Man, both of these are residential addresses. Research undertaken by the Commission has revealed no association between the above entities and these addresses.
The website gives, under the “Contact Us” section on both websites, a telephone number of +44-704-570-9655 and a fax number of +44-709-287-6772. These are not Isle of Man telephone / fax numbers.
The above entities are not companies incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. They are not registered as foreign companies having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. They are not registered as business names on the Isle of Man.
The above entities are not licensed by the Commission to undertake any regulated activities in, on or from the Isle of Man.

The Commission has established no genuine links between the above entities and the Isle of Man.
We would like to point out that this Public Notice has similarities to another Public Notice dated 10 May 2007 regarding Guaranty Finance Clearing House Isle of Man UK.
Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with the above entities to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
