This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the powers conferred upon it under Section 30 of the FinancialServices Act 2008.

The Commission has recently become aware of the above entity and has also become aware of concerns expressed by shareholders in a locally incorporated public company who have received unsolicited calls purportedly from this entity.

The Commission is not aware of the above entity having, or holding out as having, any presence on the Isle of Man. Extensive research by the Commission has failed to verify the bona fides of the above entity and has not identified it as regulated in any other jurisdiction.

Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge anybody having unsolicited contact from and considering dealing with the above entity to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice. Anybody considering dealing with the above entity should be absolutely clear that it is not licensed in the Isle of Man to undertake regulated activities. Any safeguards provided by such licensing will not, therefore, apply in relation to your dealings with it.

The Commission would always recommend dealing with an adequately regulated party in such transactions.
