This notice is issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (“the Commission”) in accordance with the powers conferred upon it under Section 30 of the Financial Services Act 2008.
The Commission has recently become aware of the above website which claims to represent the above entity.
Within the above website it is falsely claimed that, inter alia, the above entity is “licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission to carry on Investment Business and provide Collective Investment Scheme services”. It is also falsely claimed that the above entity occupies or is associated with the address “Mill Court, Hope Street, Castletown, Isle of Man”.
Asset International Limited is not a company incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a foreign company having established a place of business on the Isle of Man. It is not registered as a business name on the Isle of Man.
Asset International Limited is not licensed by us to undertake any regulated activity in, on or from the Isle of Man.

Contrary to the claims made on the above website The Financial Supervision Commission has established no genuine presence of an Asset International Limited on the Isle of Man.
The Financial Supervision Commission has established no genuine links whatsoever between the above entity and the Isle of Man.
Research undertaken by the Commission has established that the above website appears to have been copied in large part, including layout, text, logos and pictures, without authority or consent, from the website of a genuine licence holder of the Commission. The Commission has established unequivocally that there is no genuine connection between the above entity and the genuine licence holder of the Commission.
The aforementioned Isle of Man address, falsely claimed within the above website as associated with Asset International Limited, does exist. The Commission has established unequivocally that no Asset International Limited is present at or has any association or connection whatsoever with that address. The address genuinely appears on the website of the Commission licence holder from which much of the above website appears to have been illicitly copied.
Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with any entity referencing the above website to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
