Bogus website – www.goalstoachieve.com GTA Worldwide LLC GTA (Isle of Man) Limited

The Financial Supervision Commission has become aware of the above website which purports to represent the entity, GTA Worldwide LLC.

There are various places on the website where it implies an Isle of Man connection, including on the “Legal Warnings” and the “Contact Group Office Addresses” pages of the website, where it states the name and address “GTA (Isle of Man) Limited, Grosvenor Court, Tower Street, Ramsey, Isle of Man IM8 1JA, British Isles”.

There is a genuine entity which is licensed by the Commission at the address “Grosvenor Court, Tower Street, Ramsey, Isle of Man IM8 1JA, British Isles“. The bogus website also appears to have been copied from the genuine licensed entity’s website, with minor changes, but the Commission has established that the aforementioned website and entity are not connected or associated with this genuine entity or address in any way.

GTA Worldwide LLC and GTA (Isle of Man) Limited are not licensed by the Commission to undertake any regulated activities in, on or from the Isle of Man.

GTA Worldwide LLC and GTA (Isle of Man) Limited are not companies incorporated within the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. They are not registered as foreign companies having established a place of business on the Isle of Man.

They are not registered as business names on the Isle of Man. The Commission has established no association between the above entities and any genuine Isle of Man companies.

The Commission has established no genuine links between the above entities and the Isle of Man.

Under the circumstances the Financial Supervision Commission is concerned that the aforementioned website may be being used as an attempt at illicitly gaining personal data from the recipient in order to steal their identity – (see explanatory notice issued by the Commission at:

Under the circumstances, the Commission would strongly urge persons considering dealing with these entities to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.

Any persons who have paid funds in connection to the above website or entities should contact their local Police Fraud Unit without delay.
