‘IoMFSA’ – Consultation on changes to Rule Book and CIS regulations to reflect new regulator

The Commission has today issued a consultation on draft amendment legislation principally to replace references to the Commission with references to the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (‘IoMFSA’) in the Rule Book and collective investment schemes regulations with effect from 1 November 2015.

The consultation is primarily relevant to licenceholders that issue documentation that refers to the ‘Financial Supervision Commission’.

The closing date for comments is 14 August 2015.
