Designated Businesses (Registration & Oversight) Act 2015 - F.S.C

On 26 October 2015 the Designated Businesses (Registration & Oversight) Act 2015 (“DBRO Act”) came into force.

The following secondary legislation in support of the DBRO Act was approved by Tynwald and also came into force on 26 October 2015:

• Designated Businesses (Fees) Order 2015
• Designated Businesses (Civil Penalty) Order 2015
• Designated Businesses (Amendment) Order 2015
