The Eco Resources Fund PCC plc– Appointment to Assume Control of the Affairs of the Scheme
• The Eco Resources Fund PCC plc (“the Scheme”)
On 22 December 2016 the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority extended the appointment of Mr. Gordon Wilson, of CW Consulting Limited , to assume control of the affairs of the Scheme. This appointment was made under section 13 (1)(b) of the Collective Investment Schemes Act 2008
The appointment took effect on 22 December 2016.
This notice is issued by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority in accordance with powers conferred upon it under Section 14(6) of the Collective Investment Schemes Act 2008.
