The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (“Authority”) issues a discussion paper for general insurance intermediaries
The Authority is publishing DP16-07, a discussion paper that sets out the Authority’s initial views on developing the Island’s existing regulatory framework for the supervision of general insurance intermediaries. Further information and a copy of the paper can be found here.
The paper will be of most relevance to general insurance intermediaries and reinsurance brokers carrying on business in or from the Island.
The Authority invites comments from interested parties on DP16-07 by 23 December 2016.
