Consultation on Credit Unions (Amendment) Bill 2017

The Authority has today issued a consultation paper on a Bill to amend the Credit Unions Act 1993 and to enable the regulation of credit unions under the Financial Services Act 2008.

The consultation, will be of particular interest to parties that may wish to establish, advise, operate, or offer services to credit unions in the Isle of Man.

The closing date for comments is 25 April 2017.
