Licenceholder’s under the Financial Services Act 2008 should be aware of the new Clients' Assets Report (“CAR”), which was introduced on 1 January 2017. For information, the Authority has today issued guidance in the form of Frequently Asked Questions on the Compliance Support page of the Authority’s website.
