Feedback statement on the Draft Guidance Note ‘Governance of Collective Investment Schemes'

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority has today issued a Feedback Statement (FS17-01/T02) in response to its Discussion Paper (DP17-01/T02) on the Draft Guidance Note entitled ‘Governance of Collective Investment Schemes’. The Feedback Statement provides a summary of responses to the discussion paper, details of subsequent changes to the Guidance Note and an explanation of next steps.

The Guidance Note is to be published on the Authority’s website on 24 October 2017. The document will be available via the following link.

The above documents are relevant to any person who acts or intends to act as  a member of a governing body of an Isle of Man collective investment scheme and those persons who provide services to such schemes.  For further information, please refer to the relevant consultation webpage.
