Feedback statement in relation to proposals to enhance the Island’s regulatory framework for private pensions and their providers

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority has today issued a Feedback Statement (FS18-01/T15) to provide feedback in connection with Discussion Paper DP18-02/T15 on proposals to enhance the Island’s regulatory framework for private pensions and their providers.

The Authority will issue further consultations which set out the full details regarding the proposals in due course. It is anticipated that these consultations will take place from Q1 2019 onwards.
