Regulatory Fees 2018
The following fees legislation is due to commence on 1 April 2018 —
- Collective Investment Schemes (Fees) Order 2018;
- Financial Services (Fees) Order 2018;
- Insurance (Fees) Regulations 2018; and
- Registered Schemes Administrators (Fees) Order 2018.
The 2018 legislation replaces the 2017 legislation and the relevant links on the Authority’s website have been updated.
It should be noted that the provisions of the Registered Schemes Administrators (Fees) Regulations 2015 (and 2016 amendment) have now been incorporated into item 4 so there is now just a single piece of legislation for registered schemes administrator fees.
