Notice is hereby given that Isle of Man Bank Limited which was licensed under Section 7 of the Financial Services Act 2008, has surrendered its licence with effect from 28 June 2019.

All of the business of Isle of Man Bank Limited in the Isle of Man was transferred to a branch in the Isle of Man of Royal Bank of Scotland International under a court transfer scheme on 28 May 2019.
