The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority issues consultations on regulations for changes to the capital framework for non-life insurers and proposals in respect of class 12 authorisation
The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (“the Authority”) has today issued consultation papers on the Authority’s proposed regulations for an updated risk-based capital framework for non-life insurers (CP19-05/T04), and on the Authority’s proposals to amend the criteria by which an insurer might qualify for a reduced or simplified level of regulation under class 12 authorisation (CP19-04/T04). Feedback on the consultations is requested by 13 September 2019.
