Fees from 1 April 2019

The following fees legislation is due to commence on 1 April 2019 —

1. Collective Investment Schemes (Fees) Order 2019;
2. Designated Businesses (Fees) Order 2019;
3. Financial Services (Fees) Order 2019;
4. Insurance (Fees) Regulations 2019; and
5. Registered Scheme Administrators (Fees) Order 2019.

The 2019 legislation replaces the 2018 legislation and the relevant links on the Authority’s website have been updated.
