Consultation on Amendment to the Insurance (Conduct of Business)(Long-Term Business) Code 2018

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (“the Authority”) has today issued a consultation CP20-05/T06 ‘Amendment to the Insurance (Conduct of Business)(Long-Term Business) Code 2018’.

The purpose of this is to consult on the proposed amendments to the exemptions within the code and replacing it with the Insurance (Conduct of Business)(Long-Term Business) Code 2021.
