Dear CEO letter to TCSP sector

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (the “Authority”) has issued a “Dear CEO” letter to licensed trust and corporate service providers. The letter gives guidance and information under section 12 of the Financial Services Act 2008. It addresses good practice in risk management and AML/CFT matters, and Board responsibility.
