Summary Roadmap for updating the Isle of Man's regulatory framework for insurance business issued
The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (“the Authority”) has today issued a summary Roadmap for updating the Isle of Man's regulatory framework for insurance business.
The purpose of this is to provide regulated entities and other relevant stakeholders with information on progress to date and to look ahead to future developments.
The roadmap includes amendments to the implementation dates for the Insurance Regulations, the Corporate Governance Code for non-commercial non-life insurers and the updated framework for general insurance intermediaries.
