AML/CFT – Publication of the AML/CFT sector specific guidance notes

The Authority has today published the following Sector Specific Guidance Notes in respect of compliance with the AML/CFT Code 2019:

Banking;
Collective Investment Schemes (“Funds”) & Businesses providing services to Collective Investment Schemes (“Functionaries”);
Money Transmission Services – Bureau de Change, Cheque cashing, Payment Services as agent; and
Money Transmission Services – Payment services and principal, e-money.
