Notice is hereby given that Lloyds Bank International Limited, which was licensed under Section 7 of the Financial Services Act 2008, has surrendered its licence with effect from 16 July 2021.

The assets and liabilities of Lloyds Bank International Limited were transferred to a branch in the Isle of Man of Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets PLC under a court transfer scheme on 2 December 2019.
