AML/CFT Statistical Returns: submissions in 2021

The Authority would like to remind regulated entities and designated businesses that the annual AML/CFT statistical return (for data as at, and for the year ended, 31 December 2020) should be submitted by 30 June 2021 at the latest to business.change@iomfsa.im. Earlier submission is encouraged.

The return templates and guidance can be found at https://www.iomfsa.im/amlcft/amlcft-requirements-and-guidance/ under “statistical returns”.

The guidance has been updated in the following sections of the document.

• Submission date,  updated to 30 June.
• Company Information, Class 4 service providers with Class 3 (11) permissions, expectation for completion.
• Form C3a - Class 3 (9) and (10), further clarity on data to be submitted.
• Form C4 – trust and corporate service providers,  expectation and clarity on data to be submitted.

For the following forms, the guidance had been expanded to assist those providing trust and corporate services:

• Form D
• Form F
• Form G  

The Authority would also like to thank those regulated entities and designated businesses that have already submitted the return with their 2020 data.
