Authority acknowledges conclusions reached by Tribunal Chairman
The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority acknowledges the conclusions reached by the Financial Services Tribunal Chairman in the matter concerning AAO Technologies Limited and is taking steps to comply with the Order.
The Authority takes its responsibilities very seriously and seeks to act appropriately and proportionately at all times in the pursuit of its regulatory objectives of protecting consumers, reducing financial crime, and maintaining confidence in the Island’s finance industry.
